We are pleased to announce Rhonda Glover as our new Senior Director of Data Coaching and Data Strategy. As a senior member of Achieving the Dream, Rhonda will architect robust and comprehensive strategies that allow the Achieving the Dream Network to better leverage data. Rhonda will use her extensive expertise to assist in the design of services and supports that further develop institutional research capacity and evidence-based decision-making at Achieving the Dream Institutions. Rhonda will evaluate the data needs of participating institutions and introduce customized services.
